In the Integrated Skills class this morning, M Instructor told us that we will be giving a presentation in a team of two or three people on the theme of "UN" or "civil movement" in class next Wednesday and Thursday.
After that, while the M instructor asked the students which theme to choose, I saw people who had a good impression of me answering "UN", and I also said "UN".
Because I think it is important to team up with whom, so from the experience of the lessons so far, I have already imprinted in my mind what kind of people should not be teamed up.
Specifically, what kind of people I don't want to team up with?
(1) People who do not do the shared work decided by discussing with each other by the decided time,
(2) A person who develops his or her own theory endlessly without listening to the opinions of others in the discussion.
(3) A person who is a team representative reporter but does not reflect the opinions of the members and only announces his or her own thoughts.
The team was decided by the M instructor after listening to the students' requests, and I was working on a presentation on the theme of "UN" with Thai student Ms.L and Taiwanese office worker Mr.C.

チーム・プレゼンテーションはメンバーを選ぶことから

今日午前のインテグレートスキル・クラスで、私達は、Mインストラクターから来週水曜と木曜の授業で「国連」か「市民運動」のテーマで２～３人のチームでプレゼンテーションを行うと告げられた。
その後、Mインストラクターが受講生にどちらのテーマを選択するか要望を聞いている間に、私が好印象を抱いている人たちが「国連」と答えるのを見て、私も「国連」を選ぶことにした。
何故かといえば、私はチーム活動は誰と組むかが重要だと思っているので、これまでの授業の経験から、どういう人とチームを組まない方が良いか、既に私の頭の中に刷り込まれている。
具体的に、私がチームを組みたくないと思うのはどういう人達か言えば、
（1）互いに話し合って決めた分担作業を決めた時間までにやらない人、
（2）ディスカッションにおいて他の人の意見に耳を傾けずに自説を延々と展開する人、
（3）チーム代表レポーターでありながら、メンバーの意見を反映せず自分の考えをだけを発表する人、等。
学生の要望を聞き入れてMインストラクターが決めたチーム編成で、私はタイ人の学生Ms.Ｌと台湾人の会社員Mr.Cで「国連」をテーマのプレゼンテーションに取り組むことになった。
