Recently, in the afternoon workshop, we have deepened through VTRs and group discussions on the theme of the civil rights movement, but as a final touch, we will give a team presentation on the theme of "civil activities" or "civil activists".
Then, with the team formation by the instructor, I was reunited with Mr. C, a Taiwanese man who was a teammate of the presentation on the theme of "UN".
Knowing that, I would like to make this team presentation a touchstone for collaboration, including preparatory work.
The success or failure of a team presentation is most important to work with people who can collaborate, not with people who can speak fluently.
Since we work together while sharing ideas with each other and confirming the sense of unity as a whole, it is impossible unless we can exchange opinions frankly. In that sense, it's a waste of time to partner with someone who wants to prove how smart they are.
From that perspective, it's perfect for me to partner with Mr. C.
In addition, Mr. C and I both bring the latest Windows-xp-equipped laptops of the time, so we can collaborate in our apartment or in our dormitory, even if the work place is far away.
For me, I would like to make this presentation material by making full use of PowerPoint (although it is my first time to use PowerPoint).

次のプレゼンテーションはチームワークの試金石にしたい！

このところ、午後のワークショップでは、公民権運動をテーマにして、ＶＴＲやグループ討議を通して深めてきたが、最終仕上げとして、「市民活動」または「市民活動家」をテーマにしたチームプレゼンテーションを行うことになった。
そして、インストラクターによるチーム編成で、私は「国連」をテーマにしたプレゼンテーションのチームメイトだった台湾人男性のMr.Cと再び組むことになった。
それを知った私は、今度のチームプレゼンテーションは準備作業を含めて共同作業の試金石にしたいと思っている。
チームプレゼンテーションの成否は、流ちょうに話せる人間とではなく、共同作業が出来る人間と組む事が一番大事だ。
お互いにアイデアを出し合って全体の統一感を確認しながら共同作業をするのであるから、率直な意見交換出来る相手でないと不可能だ。そういう意味では自分が如何に利口であるかを証明したがる相手と組むのは時間の無駄だ。
そういう視点に立つなら、Mr.Cと組むのは私にとって申し分ない。
さらに、Mr.Cと私は共に当時の最新のWindows-xp搭載のノートパソコンを持参しているから、アパートの自室、または寮の自室と作業場所が離れていても共同作業は可能だ。
私としては、今回のプレゼンテーション・マティリアルはパワーポイントを駆使して（私にとって初めてのパワーポイント活用ではあるが）作成したい。
