60-year-old Harvard Summer School Diary in Google Translate (39) Participate in a social gathering for Japanese students

2004/07/25 (Sun)

Last night, a social gathering for Japanese students attending a summer school was held in the meeting room in the basement of Annenberg Hall, where the cafeteria is located.

Most of the participants were Kirkland House students aged 25 and over, and 12 people, including students taking other specialized courses as well as the English training programs we take.

At first, I was excited about the topic of American black music and rock music with a man who went to a business school at a university near Harvard after the summer school in the seat next to me.

After a while, a man from a private company, who was in the same class as the man next to me, joined us.

The two men were said to be taking a case study-centered class applying MBA teaching materials in a business communication course.

I wasn't a researcher, but I worked at a think tank before retirement, so the topic of case studies seemed familiar to me, and the three of us were very excited and interesting.

The social gathering broke up at 10 pm, but I was refreshed to be able to talk in Japanese.
