For this mechanism, enter the date from January 1 to December 31 downwards in the column and enter 2015, 2016 and the year in the row from left to right.
For example, when I enter today 's diary, moving the cursor to the left, the memory of the same day in 2017, 2016 and 2015 reappears clearly.
I think that this continuous diary is also one of electronic memory.
電子記憶と生物学的記憶
先日購入した翻訳本『TOTAL RECALL』で

「電子記憶と生物学的記憶」という言葉に出会った。
その本によると、生物学的記憶は時間の経過とともに曖昧になってゆくが、それに対して電子記憶はいつまでも鮮明に残るという。
ところで私は２０１５年１月１日からエクセルで連続日記を書いている。
この仕組みは、縦列に下に向かって１月１日から１２月３１日の日を入力し、そして横列には左から右に向かって２０１５、２０１６と西暦年を記入する。
例えば私が今日の日記を入力する時に、カーソルを左に移動すると２０１７年、２０１６年、２０１５年の同月同日の記憶が明確に蘇ってくる。
私はこの連続日記も電子記憶の一つだと思っている。
