Solidarity guarantor of the family

It was at the age of 48 that I bought a second - hand condominium.

I have not felt the necessity of having my own house for a long time since I began self-supporting in a rental apartment at the age of 20.

I did not change my mind when I was advised from a senior woman from the workplace that "The owner of the rent does not want to lend a room to the elderly, so it would be better to purchase a house soon."

I decided to buy a house because it became troublesome to request a joint guarantor on an estranged family member when updating the rental contract every two years.

25 years since then, the proportion of single elderly households has increased, now, when the elderly who does not have close family wants to rent a room, the system of this joint guarantor becomes an obstacle.
