Blueberries and cheese scones

Believing in the weather forecast that rain will stop from the afternoon, I left the house without having an umbrella despite a light rain.

However, as the weather forecast broke off, I decided to go through the underground shopping area around Tokyo station and crush the time until the rain ceased.

I was a bit tired and thought that I wanted to drink somewhere with coffee, but every cafe is full and I am a cafe refugee.

I was fortunate to have met a delicious blueberry and cheese scone at the cafe on the basement floor of the Tokyo International Forum which I managed to find.

午後から雨が止むという天気予報を信じて、私は小雨にもかかわらず傘を持たずに家を出た。

ところが天気予報が外れたので雨が止むまで、私は仕方なく東京駅周辺の地下街をうろついて時間をつぶすことにした。

少し疲れてきたのでどこかで珈琲で飲みたいと思ったが、どのカフェも満席で私はカフェ難民に。

何とかみつけた東京国際フォーラムの地下１階のカフェで、美味しいブルーベリーとチーズのスコーンに出会えたのは幸いだった。
